How does it work?
We invest primarily in London properties for rental. We source properties suitable for acquisition, we renovate and develop, return investments using the LTV process (loan to value), and then market the property for rental – with ongoing monthly rental returns.
Why do you specialise in rental properties?
After 12 years of working in property investment across varying methods of investment – we believe that building a portfolio through rental properties offers the most advantages to the average investor. You gain your deposit back after 1 year, and then have ongoing monthly rental income.
For an average property investor this would be more difficult as they would need a team of people involved to manage the property and tenants, the renovation, cleaning etc…
At City Co Invest we have a team of specialists involved in all elements of the property investment process, from acquisition through to management and cleaning.
This offers you the assurance of investing directly with us (meaning our interests are aligned), and giving you the advantage of hands free property investment.
Are there any upfront costs?
There are no upfront costs involved. If our interests are aligned, we source deals on a case by case basis. We can offer varying formats of investing, and find deals which are suitable for what you are looking for from a property investment.
What is your minimum investment amount?
For the London rental market – we ideally look for investment amounts from 100k. We can also source deals and include several investors (including ourselves).
What is your expertise?
Our expertise is in the London rental market, we buy property, renovate, refinance (returning our initial investment), and then gain from ongoing monthly rental revenue.
With over 12 years experience in property investing, we have built our own portfolio of properties in excess of £15 Million. This portfolio is made up of long term lets, HMO’s (house of multiple occupancy), self contained and serviced apartments, restaurants and more.
